Towels and bed linens were changed daily, and the rooms always had a pleasant fragrance. Restaurant: Delicious food, with grilled specialties every evening. The menu is varied, and every night, in addition to the traditional menu, there were specialties from different countries (Mexican, Italian, Japanese, etc.). Entertainment: The staff was friendly and non-intrusive. There were different shows every evening, including African dances, belly dancing, live music, and much more. Reception: Always available and polite. There is also a very affordable taxi service. Conclusion: When we arrived at the Oriental Rivoli, we felt at home. It felt like being in a large community. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly, making us feel right at home! During the vacation, one member of our group caught the flu, and I was amazed by the attention they received. The staff was genuinely concerned about their health and brought tea and herbal infusions to their room for the flu. We received assistance at all times, and the staff and management were constantly attentive to the well-being of the guests. The location is excellent, as the structure is 10 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from Naama Bay, and 20 minutes from Soho Square and Old Sharm. The experience was spectacular. I highly recommend this resort if you want a vacation dedicated to well-being.
