I don’t usually write reviews—I rate. But I have to write a few words about this hotel because I believe it deserves a much higher rating than it currently has. We arrived late at night, completely exhausted, just wanting to lie down and sleep. The reception team was more than ready for us – check-in took one minute. Then, we were greeted by the wonderful young man, Ramadan, who offered us tours. I thought to myself, “All I want is a bed...” And yet, Ramadan read the situation perfectly. In under three minutes, he sold us two excursions. I told him what we were looking for in 15 seconds, and he explained our options in 30. Within the next minute, we exchanged numbers and paid, and it was all set. Impressive, to say the least. We booked the most basic room, assuming we’d only sleep there, but it exceeded our expectations. It has simple oriental decor and is equipped with a fridge, hair dryer, safe, TV, kettle, bottled water, fruit, tea, and coffee. You even get a beach towel from the hotel. Honestly, it was much more than we expected. The food is abundant, and when I say ample, I mean everything is available, always. Meat, vegetables, fruit, desserts – sometimes I didn’t even know where to start because I wanted to try it all. The servers are phenomenal. They remember you when you arrive and pay attention to your habits and preferences. Always polite, always helpful, and always smiling – without exception. A special shoutout to my favorite waiter, Mohamed, who probably doesn’t make as much coffee in a week as he had to make for me in a day. 😊 The hotel has three pools, but we found ourselves sticking to the one near the bar – the cocktail bar. Toti, the cocktail master, could tell just by my look whether I needed a cocktail or juice, whether it was time to relax or energize. Legendary. The hotel also has a spa, which comes at an extra cost but is worth every cent. Fatima, the massage therapist, tried to massage the stress out of me – not an easy task – but during ou

Before leaving, there were many rumors about Sharm, the most frequent being about the poor quality of the food. Cleanliness: Exceptional. Towels and bed linens were changed daily, and the rooms always had a pleasant fragrance. Restaurant: Delicious food, with grilled specialties every evening. The menu is varied, and every night, in addition to the traditional menu, there were specialties from different countries (Mexican, Italian, Japanese, etc.). Entertainment: The staff was friendly and non-intrusive. There were different shows every evening, including African dances, belly dancing, live music, and much more. Reception: Always available and polite. There is also a very affordable taxi service. Conclusion: When we arrived at the Oriental Rivoli, we felt at home. It felt like being in a large community. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly, making us feel right at home! During the vacation, one member of our group caught the flu, and I was amazed by the attention they received. The staff was genuinely concerned about their health and brought tea and herbal infusions to their room for the flu. We received assistance at all times, and the staff and management were constantly attentive to the well-being of the guests. The location is excellent, as the structure is 10 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from Naama Bay, and 20 minutes from Soho Square and Old Sharm. The experience was spectacular. I highly recommend this resort if you want a vacation dedicated to well-being.

Fairly quiet. Staff was obsessively attentive to our every need. Buffet food was really good. The room was spacious and clean. There was a fridge and a safe. There are indeed three pools that are very close together but different. entertainment was 🤪 would return again for a shot stay.

The price of this hotel was good for what you got. The staff friendly. Had three pools and the option of 2 beaches nearby. The food was good. Close to neama bay. 20 minute walk or 3 euro in a taxi.
